For me, the key was to push volume down first then the button. My Beats Solo Pro would not connect to any devices and I could not reset it. Here's what finally worked for me. I'm having charging issues with my Powerbeats Pro. Last night when trying to charge, one earbud indicated ~40% and the other ~55%, while the case indicated 1%. When plugged in, the light on the case would come on some of the time, but not consistently. Today, both earbuds are showing ~55%, but the case is at 0%. Seems when it's meant to be charging off the arms are closed it flashes white as soon as i open the arm cups it starts flashing red again whether the charger is in or not..
