Nov 15, 2020 · On the XB7 under Gateway > Connection > WAN Network there is a dropdown for DOCSIS /Ethernet/Auto. When you change it to Ethernet then under Gateway > Hardware > LAN Ethernet, Port 4 shows as WAN Ethernet. Set to Auto could this be a dual wan failover setup? Primary from the Comcast, secondary from another WAN source plugged in to Port 4 ? On ... Do not connect any cables to the Gateway until instructed to do so. In other rooms in the house where I was getting around 350-400 I’m now getting 550-600mbps..
