I personally think Case actively being reviewed doesn't means much in terms of progress for I-130. For e.g. I filed I-130 for my parents, one of them is in active review and other isn't. USCIS agent on chat said they both are progressing fine and no flags or RFE.I applied for I-90 replacement on 10 June 2021 after 2 weeks uscis send me letter said they gonna reuse my old biometric it’s been 5 months. Online case is being actively reviewed by uscis . Is that normal to wait all this for replacement green card?In my process it was like that after we submitted, than they “updated” some months later, but same “actively reviewed, just changing dates for another one time.
